Provider

PM Home is provided by 3D Code EOOD (“the Provider”), Bulgaria. Contact: office@pmhome.fun.

The service

PM Home is a web application for organising household chores in a family. It runs in your browser with no installation.

Subscription and price

The first 7 days are free. After that the subscription costs €6.00 per month, VAT included, for the whole family. Payment is by card through Stripe and renews automatically every month.

Invoices

After every payment we automatically issue an invoice to the customer (private person or company) and email it to the invoice address. The family admin enters the invoice details before paying.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Paid periods are not refunded pro rata unless the law requires it.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days. By starting to use the service during the trial you confirm that access begins immediately.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content. The family admin is responsible for the members they add and the photos uploaded.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, and total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence are preserved.
