Data we collect

Family name, members’ names or nicknames, PIN (stored only as a hash), tasks, reported time and optional photos. For invoicing: name or company, address, country, VAT number and email.

Purpose and legal basis

Providing the service and the contract, issuing invoices (legal obligation) and keeping the system secure.

Separation

Each family’s data is fully separated from all others. Members see only what their role allows.

Payments

Card data is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Recipients

Stripe (payments), EU cloud infrastructure (hosting, database, photo storage) and our accountant. We do not sell data and show no ads.

Retention

For as long as the family uses the service. Invoices are kept as required by accounting law (up to 10 years).

Children

Child profiles are created and managed by a parent or guardian who gives consent.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data at office@pmhome.fun, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the local storage needed for sign-in and language choice. No advertising or tracking cookies.
